We endeavour to be completely transparent about any fees that may be payable.
Landlord Fees
- Let Only: 8 -10% plus VAT of annual rent subject to property portfolio (renewals charged between 6 – 8% plus VAT of annual rent).
- Rent Collection: 2.5% plus VAT in addition to let only fee
- Management Service: 5% plus VAT of monthly rent
- Short Lets including Property Management: 25% plus VAT of total rent
*Please note for the Let Only and Short Let service all monies are payable upfront*
*Renewal fees are due for any duration that the tenant/s remain in the property beyond the original tenancy duration that were introduced to the landlord by Quarters of London*
